What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Being a HOTWORX member for 2.5 years and feeling the health benefits, along with watching the success of the brand, made the business opportunity feel like a good match.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Having the expertise to guide us in the process led us to explore franchising.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Hooked! It's a great feeling of accomplishment and an excellent workout in less time! :)
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
It was laid out in a way where it wasn't overbearing or too much to handle. I also found the process to be very organized and to the point.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
It was a pleasure to meet everyone. The Executive Team was very warm and welcoming.
