What led you to explore franchise opportunities?
I have been wanting to start my own business and work for myself for quite some time now.
Can you describe your first HOTWORX experience?
I was so impressed with the concept and workout. It was unlike anything I've ever done before. I'm a sauna junkie and will sometimes go to Korean saunas (jimjilbang) or just sit at the one my former gym offered. HOTWORX combined two things I enjoy into one: saunas and working out. Plus, I was thrilled to have an intimate room to work out of and not be in a huge open space with a lot of other people.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
It was informative and helped me realize I wanted to move forward.
What was it like attending Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
I enjoyed meeting everyone and felt more confident after hearing from the people who help build the brand and reputation. Everyone was passionate and knowledgeable, so this made me feel more comfortable with the idea of becoming an owner since I felt I would have great support.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
I would tell them it's a big commitment and to block off time in your calendar to just dedicate to building your HOTWORX empire. I'm realizing that as someone who works full-time, I need to get better at time management.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. I love the concept and think there should be one in every city2. I believe it is a business that will continue to grow3. I wanted to own a business that is health-related and contributes to the well-being of others
What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
I am a big believer in building community and understanding a market well, so I would like to get to know the businesses and residents in my area and get as many people excited about HOTWORX as possible. I hope to hear stories of people who are benefiting from the workout.
What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
I'm excited about sharing the business and concept with as many people as possible and increasing my membership base to hit new records.
