HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Jill and Robert Garcia, who were awarded a franchise license in the Washington, D.C. (Hagerstown) market and recently opened their Stafford, VA (Patriots Crossing) studio!

What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
Jill is passionate about natural health and healing, so bringing infrared fitness to others was a no brainer! Rob has several work related injuries and is always looking for ways to improve recovery and overall fitness. We have considered franchising of some kind for almost a decade as part of an overall personal financial strategy, but never found something we could completely stand behind and fall in love with.

What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
We can tell this team is extremely professional and an expert at what they do. There is no need to try and reinvent infrared fitness, HOTWORX is already the top option!

‍What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Absolutely blown away. I had been waiting for almost a year to try a real HOTWORX session, although I had other infrared heat experiences before. I was severely jet-lagged from a 13 hour flight from Tokyo, and I felt like a new person as soon as I walked out of the HOTWORX sauna. I was also completely relaxed and let go of all my stress.

‍How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
I really enjoyed how thorough and compartmentalized the process is. I never once felt "sold" or pushed on anything! By the time Orientation Day came around, that day completely confirmed our decision to move forward.

‍How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Even though a good portion of the information was review, I definitely was mentally tired by the end of the day from so much learning, but I was also more excited than ever and I had really good first impressions of the Executive Team. It was totally cool to see Steve live with us and not just on video playing in the HOTWORX saunas!

‍What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
I would just review your financial goals and compare everything to numbers provided in the FDD and try to decide is this a risk worth taking, and is this a good season of life where you can lift a new business off the ground. For us, it was a very easy decision.

$30k/month profit within the first year

‍How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
HOTWORX will help us obtain additional cash flow so that in a few years we can fully focus on our family and future ministry projects.
