What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We are both IT professionals and have both had successful real estate investment properties over the years. We’ve been looking for our next business venture and loved the concept of the HOTWORX franchise.
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
An established franchise offers us branding, more financing options, business systems, support from fellow owners, training, exclusive territory, and easier expansion.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
Absolutely loved the concept and health benefits of the infrared technology.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We looked forward to our weekly calls from Mandy. She was so informative and gave us great insight into the business. We just loved her warm and sweet personality and passion in teaching us about the HOTWORX Franchise.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
It was great to finally meet the team and learn of the different roles each member plays in the HOTWORX franchise. It was a whole day of learning more about the franchise and all the processes that will be needed to launch a successful HOTWORX franchise. We were provided great information about finding the right location, financing and staffing that will be needed to run the HOTWORX franchise. We loved that HOTWORX provides us a dedicated team of people to give us all the support, training and marketing needed to launch and maintain a successful HOTWORX franchise.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
Definitely the 24-hour access to a gym that will give the community the benefits of infrared technology and shorter workout times. We love that even during the COVID pandemic, the community will feel safe working out at HOTWORX. HOTWORX has already instituted safety protocols for COVID and offers alternative virtual, small group and app based workouts to the clients.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
1. We plan to have a successful marketing campaign in place.
2. We plan to hire and train the right staff so that we can quickly build and maintain our clientele.
3. We plan on having a profitable HOTWORX franchise.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We are looking for our HOTWORX franchise to provide us a great retirement income, serve our community and help us maintain our own personal fitness goals for many years to come.
