What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We have been working in corporate leadership roles in the healthcare industry for over 20 years and have always dreamed about being entrepreneurs and owning a business. We have explored opportunities for over 10 years but hadn’t found the right one, until now!
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
With both of us working in corporate roles and having experience with systems/processes, we wanted to join a franchise that had an established model and brand built for success vs building from the ground up ourselves.
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
We thought the studio and concept of offering heated exercise was amazing! We really enjoyed the entire experience from first walking into the studio, from the friendly welcome, appearance and cleanliness of the studio, branding, and availability and variety of sessions.
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Kayla was awesome to work with and was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the Discovery Process and HOTWORX. She guided us through each module and answered or obtained answers for every question raised.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Orientation Day was everything we expected. We had a great experience with the Discovery Process with Kayla and meeting with Nancy prior to Orientation Day prepared our expectations. It was more than we could ask for or needed to help finalize our decision.
What advice would you give to other candidates considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Understand there is work in everything you do but there is a process for success with HOTWORX! Believe in the brand, system, and process and do not look back!!!

What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
We are excited to offer HOTWORX within the greater Pittsburgh area, which isn’t developed yet. We believe that the community is going to benefit from the health benefits of the workouts and saunas, offering 24 hour access to meet the busy schedule of many.
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We want to open the studio, meet the 500 club, and be well on our way to continue to grow and educate the community.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
Personally, we will now be small business owners and it's something we have dreamed about for many years. Professionally, it will continue to develop our business acumen, challenge us in many areas to grow, and learn new areas of a business that we have not had to manage in the past.
