HOTWORX congratulates franchisees, Lauren and Michael Crase, who were awarded a franchise license in the Birmingham (Anniston and Tuscaloosa) market and recently opened their Birmingham, AL (Lee Branch) studio!
What originally motivated you to consider a business opportunity?
We have been in the real estate industry for over a decade, and had started talking about taking on a new business opportunity. Lauren attended a HOTWORX session with a friend and we immediately started looking into the idea of opening a studio!
What led you to explore franchising rather than an independent business?
Knowing that this was a proven model and we didn't have to start from scratch was appealing. HOTWORX already has all of the tools in place to help us succeed!
What was your initial impression of your first HOTWORX session?
I wasn't sure what to expect at first. I had never done anything like it. It was challenging and not what I was used to. By the end of it, I was amazed at the workout I got, and I left feeling great and wanting to go back for more!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
Patricia was great to work with. She was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the whole process and made us feel at ease.
How would you describe your Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
It was so nice to meet everyone virtually and it seems like the entire team works seamlessly together. A lot of our worries were put to rest and we know that we will be in great hands all along the way. They are all so passionate about this company and we are excited to be a part of that!
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Definitely experience the workouts for yourself. Reach out to start the Discovery Process - everyone is extremely helpful and there to answer any and all questions you may have!
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
1. We are excited to bring this to our area knowing that not a lot of people know about it yet. We think it will be something great for our community and, additionally, we are excited about it for our own health benefits!
2. After seeing the business model, we knew there was no way we couldn't succeed at this with all of the tools the company provides you with.
3. We believe in the concept and also believe it will be a great financial opportunity for our family!
What excites you the most in offering HOTWORX to your community?
Knowing that we will be a part of promoting health and wellness with the amazing benefits of 3D Training. We also love that it is 24/7 so there's never an excuse to not get a workout in!
What goals do you plan to accomplish in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
Getting 500+ members with a successful team who are just as passionate about running our studio as we are! We would love to be in the works of opening another studio by the end of our first year as well.
How will HOTWORX help you achieve your personal and professional goals?
We hope to learn everything we can from the HOTWORX team so we can grow our business portfolio and be as successful as we can in this new adventure of owning our first franchise. Personally, we are looking forward to implementing HOTWORX as part of our everyday health and wellness routine. We want to be examples for our children, showing them how to run a successful business and being healthy at the same time!
