Infrared Detox Workout

There are many health benefits resulting from an infrared workout routine.  The first that comes to mind for me is detox.

Did you know that infrared induced sweating causes sweat that contains seven times more toxicants than bodily sweat from a traditional convection heat source?

Since our topic for this article is detox, let’s make clear the difference in what we are talking about.  A toxicant is man-made and a toxin is natural.  “The terms toxicants and toxins both refer to toxic substances. But, toxins are natural products such as the ones found in poisonous mushrooms, or in a snakes' venom. Toxicants are man-made products, artificial products introduced into the environment due to human activity; examples are industrial waste products and pesticides.”¹

We are constantly absorbing toxic substances into our bodies.  Unfortunately we continually breathe pollution in the form of fossil fuel exhaust, second hand cigarette smoke, and many other toxicants in our atmosphere. We unwittingly eat pesticides and preservatives.  We touch surfaces of things allowing toxins and toxicants to enter our bodies through our skin, and we drink bad things too.

We all need to make a conscious effort to detox!

Working out with infrared energy and heat causes our bodies to sweat at an accelerated rate.  From the moment you enter into an infrared workout sauna such as the patent pending HOTWORX sauna, you begin to feel the deep penetration of energy and heat through your skin.  This infrared absorption through your skin stimulates cells to action.  The cellular vibration from infrared light waves causes your body to release toxic waste to be excreted through metabolic functions.  Your sweat glands play a very active role in the excretory system.  Sweat it out!

I recommend a good infrared workout sweat for detox at least three times per week.

Do something good for your body…add an INFRARED WORKOUT DETOX to your fitness regime.
