More WORKOUT Less TIME

I can’t imagine anyone who wouldn’t want a better workout in a shorter amount of time.  This is why we created the 3-Dimensional workout. When you add elements of (D1) heat and (D2) infrared energy to your (D3) workout, then you can accomplish way more in less time.  When you workout in the HOTWORX infrared sauna you will experience a great isometric or HIIT routine while you are detoxing and while you are recovering from your workout.  Yes, that’s right, recovery WHILE you are working out due to the infrared energy vibrations providing therapy for your muscles!
