Trim Down, Tone Up and Detox with Infrared Workouts

The fitness “trifecta” will always be the simultaneous goals of shedding excess body weight, firming and strengthening the muscles and, of course, ridding the body of unhealthy substances, aka detox. The most effective means to accomplishment this trifecta goal is to workout in an infrared environment. Infrared workouts provide fast and effective results for any person at any level of fitness. Most fitness clients seek to lose weight to one degree or another. The power of infrared energy and heat to promote fat oxidation is something to consider. Additionally, infrared can promote the production of GH (growth hormone) naturally by the body. The production of both heat shock proteins and GH is a good combination to get your body tone from the muscle increase.

Detox

Our bodies are bombarded with toxic substances on a daily basis. The toxins and toxicants can destroy our health if they are allowed to accumulate within the body over time. The air we breathe is polluted, the water and beverages we drink are full of bad things. What we touch with our skin can also allow toxins to enter our body. The responsible thing to do is to practice detox. An infrared workout can help. Infrared induced sweating is one way to assist with detox. Infrared sweat contains seven times more toxic waste than that of sweat from a traditional sauna.
