Americans value hard work. It pays (literally) to get more done while you are working! You can greatly enhance your work quality and quantity within a specific amount of time if you practice a regular fitness routine, and an infrared fitness program can get you even more workout in less time!

Note that alertness is one of the most important traits to have for work productivity. Alertness leads to better focus, and there is nothing better than a mid-day workout, or lunchtime fitness routine to boost your workplace focus. I am a member of a mid-day workout team of three. In our small group we do a HOTWORX infrared workout at 11:30am almost every day of the work week. This is usually a 30 minute isometric workout. Some days we do a 15 minute hot HIIT workout inside the infrared sauna. The boost in energy for the rest of the work day is incredible!
