One year ago, we celebrated the grand opening of the very first HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio. It’s hard to believe that it has been a year already! The Oxford, MS location has surpassed all expectations in terms of level of membership and customer satisfaction. The ratings from our customers say it all. We set out to create a workout environment that could deliver great fitness results to our members in way less time, and I can tell you that we are accomplishing that mission every day, in cities all over America and in some international cities now. The first year has been a wild ride, but we are just getting started!
Makes me want to cheer, so here it is like we say it here at Ole Miss…HOTTY TODDY!!!
I apologize that this blog post may sound a little salesy, but our team has worked very hard to bring a new innovative and disruptive fitness concept to the marketplace and we had to celebrate for just a moment in Oxford where the franchise all began in 2017.
We upgraded the studio with new row equipment, a new 30-second interval timer monitor in the FX Zone, new motivational images, more branded retail products, a new lobby video and finally, we launched two new workout videos: Hot Bands and Hot Flex.
Hot Bands: 30-minute infrared workout featuring the use of bands for a total body workout using the combination of isometrics and slow dynamic reps. You can expect to burn 25-30% more calories in 30 minutes compared to Hot Yoga.
Hot Flex: 15-minute pro athletics style infrared stretching routine for use as an advanced warm-up or as an advanced cool down to any of the other HOTWORX workouts. It can also be used by itself if a member is simply looking to improve flexibility.
Brittany Williams, champion fitness competitor and Virtual Instructor for Hot Bands and Hot Flex, was on hand for the event in Oxford!
We also want to congratulate our newest franchisees representing 6 new locations to be opened in Dallas-Ft. Worth and Midland-Odessa, TX- CJ and Amy Foster (pictured at left), and Orlando, FL- Matt and Sheila Bater (pictured at right).
With over 150 new HOTWORX studio franchises now either open or in development from coast to coast, the company is poised to bring the franchise concept to every fitness minded neighborhood in the country so that all can experience a new and better way to get healthy and to stay in shape.
