In the fitness and wellness world, there is a popular new term being used, maybe over used, and the term is biohack. Most people have probably heard of the term by now, but what is a biohack?
According to Google AI: Biohacking is a term that describes the practice of using experimental techniques to improve one's health, well-being, and cognitive abilities. It involves making small, incremental changes to one's lifestyle, diet, or even biology to optimize their performance.
A biohack is a self-directed biological intervention. Some people consider HOTWORX a biohack. That may be true according to the definition above, at least to an extent. But to me, HOTWORX is just common sense. Yes, the 3D Training promoted by HOTWORX is an innovative fitness program and it most certainly delivers spectacular results through the use of the right types of exercise combined with the interventions of heat and infrared energy into the training environment. Notwithstanding, it is based on sound training methodology. I wouldn’t say it is an experimental approach, because the science is clear and there is a long track record now of amazing results. That is where it does not fit into the definition of a biohack. The 3D Training at HOTWORX does, however, involve making a change to one’s lifestyle through consistent intervention to optimize performance and that is where it can be seen as a biohack, I suppose.
At the end of the day, if HOTWORX is a biohack it is a common sense one because it efficiently combines infrared energy and heat, isometric and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, and detoxification principles to maximize fitness results in less time. By exercising in an infrared sauna, the body experiences accelerated calorie burn, enhanced muscle recovery, and improved circulation, making each session more effective than traditional workouts. The radiant heat helps reduce inflammation, increase flexibility, and promote detoxification through sweating, while the structured workouts optimize strength and endurance. This smart, science-backed approach allows individuals to achieve greater fitness gains with less wear and tear on the body too, making it a practical and efficient “biohacking” strategy for overall wellness.
HOTWORX results are based on the science of hormesis, which involves the use of stressors like that of an infrared sauna to trigger positive biological responses. It’s all about the quality of the results in fitness, and HOTWORX provides an effective fitness intervention to give clients much more out of a workout in less time.
Call it a biohack or common sense, who doesn’t want MORE WORKOUT in LESS TIME?!
