Workout Time: The Perfect 30 Minutes

As a fitness entrepreneur I am always looking for ways to give my clients the very most out of each visit to the gym or spa. Let’s face it, time is the most valuable commodity in life. On average, we all have a little more than 80 years worth of time on this planet. What we do with our time is important, to say the least! How we use our gym time can greatly enhance our longevity (and quality) of life so that we can beat the 80+ year average. Therefore, it stands to reason, as fitness business owners, we should find ways to give the most amount of benefit from the workout time that we sell to our customers. Our clients and members deserve the best workout time that we can deliver! In my opinion, for the average fitness client, 30 minutes is the perfect amount of workout time.If you can’t get it done in 30 minutes, then time has been wasted! What matters most is the quality of the workout time! The goal is to give the very best half-hour of fitness possible. If delivered properly, thirty minutes of isometrics, flexibility and infrared heat can deliver the most results to your clients in 30 minutes, by far.Isometrics performed in a 120-125 degree infrared environment for 30 minutes will supercharge the detox process too. Not to mention, outside of infrared/isometrics fusion, there is no other program that can provide accelerated recovery while you are actually working out!So, give serious consideration to how you manage workout time for your clients and members. Give them the most results possible for the time they spend in your fitness facility. Your bottom line will thank you.Take a moment to look into the HOTWORX infrared workouts!
