Workout at Home During COVID-19 Crisis
Working out is an essential component of living a healthy lifestyle. Depending on where you live, chances are that your gym has now been required to close as the wave of coronavirus sweeps through your country. As a fitness professional and former athlete, I can tell you with absolute certainty that you get a better workout when you train with other people, and an upbeat training facility helps to elevate your motivation. This is not an option for a while though, and we must play the hand that we are dealt.
While it is not ideal, there are ways to get a really good workout from home. Gravity is the only workout tool that you need if you are forced to workout at home. There are thousands of exercises that can work every body part with only a floor and maybe a wall.

Working out at home might not be the same as a high energy studio or gym, but you can at least maintain your physical condition while riding out the quarantine through the use of mere gravity and virtual instruction.
