The Perfect HIIT Workout!

Today I had an amazing workout at the original HOTWORX Studio here in beautiful Oxford, MS.  I started with the FX Zone for an awesome functional back and bicep workout utilizing the Myokore suspension straps for back and a combination of dumbbells, suspension straps, and bands for biceps.  Then, after a short break, I jumped in the infrared HOTWORX sauna for a perfect 15 minute total body blast of cardio (and resistance) training with the cross-rower.

I was fortunate enough to get my HIIT with one of our customers who enhanced the workout for the two of us by using a tea tree essential oil workout spray that really invigorates the environment for a HIIT session.  Stay tuned for next weeks blog post which will explore the use of essential oils for infrared sauna workouts. 

Back to the cross-rower for the perfect HIIT.  The cross-rower allows you to experience a chest press, row, and leg press all at once.  Think about doing all three exercises constantly for 15 minutes with high intensity intervals, and inside of the infrared heat at 125 degrees!  Yes, WOW is the word for that experience!!  As a fitness professional, I can tell you that it is the best 15 minutes of HIIT that you will find, bar none.

Talk about a 3D workout…infrared—125 degrees—upper and lower body resistance training…all at the same time.  This type of training is for those who want to get the utmost in results in the shortest amount of time.  You gotta try this HOTWORX original workout!!!
