What motivated you to become a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor?
Before I became a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor, I was a member for four years. I joined when I was on the NBA Pelicans Dance Team and found that this was the only workout that helped get in the best shape of my life. I could not go a day without doing HOTWORX because it helped me physically and mentally. I introduced my mom to HOTWORX and she also lost 40pounds within a few months of doing HOTWORX sessions. With the love I have for fitness and health and the results that I have seen in myself and my mom, this motivated me to want to help others reach their goals.

How was your very first HOTWORX session? Describe the experience.
My first HOTWORX session was Hot Cycle. I was really nervous because I thought I would pass out. When I walked in the sauna, I remember thinking, “Wow it is HOT in here, but it feels amazing!” I was in the sauna alone. I gave myself a pep talk to get through this session because it was only 15 minutes of HIIT cardio. Just me and the bike. A minute in, my heart rate was up and I was drenched in sweat. The Virtual Instructor motivated me to keep going. At times it definitely was challenging, but it was a great feeling to push myself. I was in my zone all the way through. I saw quick results within a week and fell in love ever since.

What’s your favorite Isometric posture? Why?My favorite Isometric posture is the Sumo Squat. I love working out my legs and this posture has really helped me target my glutes, hamstrings, and quads altogether.

Which Isometric posture is the most difficult for you? Why?
The most difficult Isometric posture is holding a Butt Plank with the big loop bands. Literally every part of my body is burning and shaking in this posture. I can’t even control myfacial expressions.

What has been the most rewarding part of being a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor?
The most rewarding part of being a HOTWORX Virtual Instructor is that I can motivate people everywhere to feel and look their best. Also, filming new workouts with all the otherVirtual Instructors is always a fun and inspiring experience that I will never forget!
