HOTWORX welcomes new franchisees, Vincent & Victoria Najera, with the purchase of 3 franchise licenses- (1) in Waco, Texas; (1) in Austin, Texas; and (1) in Sherman, Texas!
What led you to explore franchise opportunities?
Vincent and I recently got married last year and the opportunity to provide more for our family sparked an interest. Together we are very goal oriented and the thought of being able to own and run a business with the franchise model was exciting for us to explore.
Can you describe your first HOTWORX experience?
Victoria: I signed up for a Hot Yoga session. The instructor was clear and encouraging. Within minutes the ambient energy from the infrared heat began to loosen up my muscles and I started working up a good sweat. This allowed me to be able to get further into a deeper stretch. The best part was walking out feeling amazing after only 30 minutes! How can you turn down an experience to burn calories in half the time you’d spend in a gym or a different yoga/pilates studio?!?! I felt recharged and was enthusiastic about my decision to join!
Vincent: I love going to the gym and working out with various training methods. I’ve experienced great results with HIIT and hot yoga so when Victoria mentioned the idea of going to HOTWORX and checking out a session I was ALL about it. We were about 5 minutes into Hot Row and I was begging for mercy! I’m one of those people that enjoy the sweat and the burn. Needless to say the Hot Row workout gave me all I could handle. The intensity and the challenge of the session were both awesome. The energy and the purified feeling of detoxification felt amazing when I walked out. My back, shoulders, legs, and pretty much my whole body felt absolutely shredded. I was hooked!
How was your experience going through the HOTWORX Discovery Process?
We felt like Teresa, our recruiter, was very informative of the steps we needed in order to take advantage of this new opportunity. She was flexible in delivering all of the modules to us which really helped our situation since we were busy during normal weekday work hours at the time. We are extremely grateful to have had her guide us through the initial stages of becoming a franchisee.
What was it like attending Orientation Day and meeting the HOTWORX Executive Team?
Exciting! We were eagerly welcomed by the HOTWORX team, which made us feel like part of the family! We had a great day learning about the different facets that make up the HOTWORX brand. Each team member explained their role in the company and explained what kind of support they’d be able to offer us. They also explained what they expect from us as a franchisee. It was a very informative high level overview.
What advice would you give to other entrepreneurs considering the opportunity to franchise with HOTWORX?
Come into our studio and let us show you what it’s all about - then sign up for a membership so you can see the value from a consumer standpoint!!! Next, do your research and ask as many questions as you can to make sure you’re prepared are ready to make an informed decision.
What are the top 3 reasons you chose to franchise with HOTWORX?
We wanted to choose a franchise that would allow us to dominate our market and make $$$ to provide for our family; we felt like HOTWORX gave us the chance to do that! We also love the opportunity to promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle. Lastly, we love the product! We believe that when you love what you do - you have the opportunity to grow and approach life with passion and excitement, which is always a goal of ours!
What goals do you have in bringing HOTWORX to your market?
We’d love to hit the 500 club in 120 days or less!
What are you most excited for in your first year as a HOTWORX franchisee?
We’re excited for opening day!! The thought of opening our doors to be able to provide a service of wellness is very inspirational.
