The HOTWORX Outdoor Workout
During last year's convention in Las Vegas, the very first HOTWORX Outdoor Workout was held on the roof of the LINQ Hotel & Casino! The 2nd Annual HOTWORX Outdoor Workout was hosted on July 25th in the courtyard of Manning’s Restaurant at 1:00pm in the afternoon. Several participants, some within the HOTWORX organization and other fitness enthusiasts looking for a great workout, joined us for a full hour of intense calorie burn. The exercise was broken down into a warm up launch phase, full body flight phases, and a cool down landing phase led by three of our HOTWORX Virtual Instructors: Rachael Todd, Tori Cowen, and Nichole Mellison.

Now you may be asking, "Why would they CHOOSE to workout during the hottest time of the day in the blazing summer heat?"
