HIIT IT!!! With Hot Row and Hot Cycle

Posted March 4, 2017

High Intensity Interval Training is all the rage.

Imagine HIIT combined with heat, infrared and just the right amount of time for a workout.

Inside of the first ever HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio in Oxford, MS, the right side of the studio is all HIIT.  It consists of a row of saunas dedicated to 15 minute HIIT routines equipped with either cycles or cross-rowers.  These workouts are performed inside of the HOTWORX saunas at 125 degrees!

With perfectly choreographed low, medium and high tension intervals throughout the 15 minute HIIT workouts, more can be accomplished in less time than ever before.  Of course, this is another HOTWORX original.

The bike workout is called HOT CYCLE and the cross-row workout is known as HOT ROW.  The cross-row workout is unique in that customers experience a chest press, rowing, and leg presses all at once, and what an incredible full body workout it is in just 15 minutes!

“Studies show that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. … This means in 24 hours after a HIIT workout your body is still burning calories and fat whereas in steady-pace workouts, you may not.May 20, 2015.”

For those who want to torch the calories quick…HIIT it now!!!
