HIIT IT!!! With Hot Row and Hot Cycle

High Intensity Interval Training is all the rage.

Imagine HIIT combined with heat, infrared and just the right amount of time for a workout.

Inside of the first ever HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio in Oxford, MS, the right side of the studio is all HIIT.  It consists of a row of saunas dedicated to 15 minute HIIT routines equipped with either cycles or cross-rowers.  These workouts are performed inside of the HOTWORX saunas at 125 degrees!
