Now Open…The First Ever 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio Franchise!!!
I have been keeping this one on the DL for several weeks. It’s time to let everyone know now though. We have been quietly working behind the scenes in Oxford, MS (home of Ole Miss) to bring to life the first ever 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studio and now it is open and flush with happy members! They are all “sweaty and smiling” from the workout experience at the first of many more HOTWORX 24 Hour Infrared Fitness Studios to come. We have investors and prospective franchisees now lined up to get involved. You might want to consider reserving a territory soon!
I know it’s taboo to turn a blog post into a sales pitch, but I just can’t help myself today.
Big shout out to my partner in the Oxford location, and college best friend from way back, John Antwine. As any fellow Ole Miss graduate should, he originally pushed for Oxford as the first location. We also have investor partners that helped make the project possible, huge thanks to two business professionals and great guys from Jackson, MS, John Thomas and Rett Crowder.
From idea last November to Opening in February, it took only 12 weeks to get open, and that, my friends, is fast to open a bricks and mortar business concept from scratch! Consider that we negotiated and signed a long-term lease and we began with an old building (formally the Oxford Eagle Newspaper). We then took that raw space, gutted it and immediately began construction on the historical square in Oxford. We crossed every hurdle to get there including all of the necessary permits, the Historical Committee (two formal city meetings with them), ADA, Fire Marshall, and created all of the things that are needed to launch a new franchise including the legal documentation.
Whew! It has been a whirlwind but it is all worthwhile when you see the satisfaction on the faces of our customers.
