Bouncing Back from the Pandemic with Infrared Workouts

It feels sooo good to get back into my routine of weight training with the morning group and my weekly 4-5 HOTWORX infrared training sessions. My body feels so much cleaner from the inside out. We now have most of our franchise studios reopened and I can tell by the social media buzz on Instagram in the last few days that our customers who are returning to the infrared workouts feel the same way that I do. 

It is definitely an advantage to have a membership that provides access to infrared training 24 hours a day, every day of the year once again. So many of us work odd hours like those heroes in the medical industry who work at hospitals all hours in the day and night to fix us when we need repair.  They deserve a place that accommodates their schedule too…

Infrared training is one of the best stress relievers ever.  I have tried everything and nothing else comes close to the stress management results that I experience from infrared training sessions. The science proves it, but I would rather hear the evidence based on a customer’s experience…
