HOTWORX Media brings 24-hour infrared fitness to the heart of Delaware County, located in the Media Shopping Center near Starbucks and Acme. Our studio serves residents from Wallingford, Swarthmore, Springfield, Glen Mills, and Newtown Square, providing easy access to convenient and effective workouts for people at every stage of their fitness journey.
With over 550 unique sessions available daily, HOTWORX Media offers variety and flexibility that fit any schedule. Members can choose from isometric and high-intensity workouts like Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Cycle.
People of all ages, income, and fitness levels are welcome to enjoy sessions enhanced by infrared heat for improved recovery, detoxification, and calorie burn. Our studio creates a spa-like, semi-private atmosphere that encourages consistency without sacrificing comfort.

FUNCTIONAL EXERCISE ZONE
Provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
